I grabbed an eSIM from axc-sim the whole thing was way easier than I expected. The details came through right away, I scanned the QR code, and within maybe 2 or 3 minutes it was up and running. No digging through settings or dealing with anything annoying. Smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely use it again when traveling.

I paid for my order on axc-sim and it went smoothly. I usually notice little patterns when a site is sketchy, like weird payment redirects, delays, or confirmation emails taking forever, but none of that happened here. The payment went through fine and I got the confirmation quickly. I was a little unsure at first, but the whole process felt normal, so I’m good with it.

I used axc-sim.com on a recent trip, i kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier. The connection was reliable overall, and the setup wasn’t too difficult. Once I landed, it connected quickly, which was a relief. I did have one small signal drop for a few minutes, but I turned airplane mode on and off and it started working again. Speeds were good enough for maps, messages, and regular browsing. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d definitely use it again...

I did hear back from support, which was good because I’d been checking my email between errands and making coffee, but the refund still hasn’t come through yet. They replied, so at least it’s not totally being ignored, but the delay is getting a bit frustrating.

I didn’t notice the extra fees until it was basically too late, and that really rubbed me the wrong way. It made me feel like the pricing wasn’t as upfront as it should’ve been, it’s hard to trust a company after that.

They did get back to me and helped me out with the issue, so that was good. It just took a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of frustrating. Not a bad experience or anything like that, I just wish the support was a little quicker

I mainly used axc-sim to tether my laptop, but the hotspot kept slowing down or just dropping out completely?! My phone data worked okay sometimes, but trying to share it was annoying. I definitely wouldn’t rely on it for work calls

I was feeling a little anxious before my trip because I really needed reliable coverage in multiple countries, but it ended up working in most of the places I visited. Overall I was happy with it, though I do wish a few of the smaller countries had been included too
